These challenges have three different levels: Challenges at individual levels Challenges at group levels Challenges at organizational level The organizational behavior uses certain knowledge that helps the organization work more effectively and focuses on the productivity, increases the job satisfaction and reduces the absenteeism and turnover. Organizational structure An organizational structure defines the activities of the organization in a well formed manner, the allocation of tasks, the coordination and the supervision are the activities that directs to the achievement of the organizational aims. The structure of the organization depends on the objectives in different ways. The structure determines how the organization performs or operates.
