Answer: Introduction: The organizational behavior is that field of study which investigates and analysis how the individuals, groups and the structure of the organization are affected by the behavior within an organization. Behavior of the organization refers to what people do in an organization, how they perform and what attitude they have towards work and the organization. From the management point of view, the organizational behavior can be beneficial to manage the workplace very well and smoothly. The challenges that take place in todays Canadian workplace effects the organization and its activities as a whole. These challenges have three different levels: Challenges at individual levels Challenges at group levels Challenges at organizational level The organizational behavior uses certain knowledge that helps the organization work more effectively and focuses on the productivity, increases the job satisfaction and reduces the absenteeism and turnover. Organizational structure An organizational structure defines the activities of the organization in a well formed manner, the allocation of tasks, the coordination and the supervision are the activities that directs to the achievement of the organizational aims. The structure of the organization depends on the objectives in different ways. The structure determines how the organization performs or operates.
